Yachts Navigation computer support and guard rail with compass bracket. Situated in front of the helm of a yacht. The frame is made for a stranded navigation housing and shaped to suit. The original stainless-steel bracket only had the compass bracket. You can see in the photo where the new stainless frame meets the old to accommodate the new navigation system for the yacht.

20mm thick stainless AFT mast Chainplates for a 50ft sailing yacht. Finished with a mirror polish. Laser cut interlocking parts with holes counter sunk for M20 fixings.
Mid ship Rigging chainplates fabricated from 20mm and 15mm thick stainless steel. Laser cut interlocking parts with holes then welded and finished with a mirror polish.
Bow plate. Shaped and fabricated to customers boat with a slot to let the anchor pass though.
Nav light and ski pole. The ski pole bolts to a second thicker tube that passes through the transom to the bottom of the boat for a strong anchor point.
Replicated Rib tow eyes (original is with the holes). Laser cut parts mirror polished then tow eyes welded on, the weld where then polished out for a neat finish. Parts where drilled and countersunk later.
Boat grab rail. Made from oval and 1”1/4 stainless tube. Finished with mirror polish. Fitted to a 10m Rib.
Boat Nav computer housing. Made from 3mm stainless steel with two flanged inlets for electrics.

Repair leaking Aluminium bike fuel tank. Removed old leaking weld and replaced with a clean tig weld.
